Before You Arrive

Plan Ahead

Leave a little extra time to park, check in, and get settled before your flight. Check your airline’s policies on child and infant baggage, bottles, and meals; every carrier is a bit different.

Pack Smart

While some airlines provide kid-friendly meals, having a few favourites on hand (think snacks, juice boxes, or baby food) can be a game changer. Forgot something? No worries! Stop by The Townsville Store inside the departures lounge for snacks, toys, and entertainment options.

Family-Friendly Facilities

Baby Care Facilities

You’ll find baby care rooms near the check-in counters, baggage collection area, and departure lounge. Each room includes a feeding cubicle, change table, nappy disposal unit, toilet, and wash basin - everything you need for a quick pit stop or quiet moment with your child. Parent rooms at check-in and inside departures lounge both include a microwave.

Water Fountains

Fill up bottles or sippy cups at the water fountains near the departure lounge before boarding.

Need Further Assistance?
