Townsville Car Park Expansion Project

Construction is currently taking place at Townsville Airport as we work to expand our parking options to help meet growing demand and create a more convenient experience for passengers. Once complete, the project will deliver approximately 300 additional parking bays across the airport precinct.

During construction, there may be temporary changes to parking availability, access routes and pedestrian pathways. We encourage travellers to allow extra time to find a park and make their way to the terminal, and to follow on-site signage and wayfinding. The project is being delivered in stages to minimise disruption wherever possible, with alternative parking arrangements provided as required.
