Townsville Airport holds a Plane Spotters Photography Competition annually, to recognise and celebrate the avid community of plane spotters in the Townsville North Queensland region.
Submissions for the 2024 Plane Spotters Photography Competition have now closed and judging is underway.
Photographers of the top 10 images will be invited airside on Wednesday 19 June 2024.
The final two winners from both the junior (10-15 years) and 16+ age categories will win a $1,000 Camera House voucher each.
Winners will be announced on Friday 12 July.
